Supported booking systems, outbound IP addresses
Your existing booking system must be configured so that the ROOMZ Server can exchange data with it.

If your IT infrastructure requires it, make sure to allow those IP addresses to communicate with your booking system. Doing this ensures the good synchronisation between the ROOMZ Server and your agendas, and avoids the error message "Agenda of room room_name is currently not available" on the displays.
